Job Title: Customer Service Representative

A leading company in providing luxury home furnishing solutions and modern kitchens is looking for a Customer Service Representative. If you are passionate about interacting with people and skilled at conveying the brand image in the best way, you belong with us.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Receiving customer inquiries and responding to them with courtesy and professionalism (whether via phone, WhatsApp, or social media).

Providing a comprehensive and simplified explanation of our distinguished products and services in the world of furnishing and kitchens.

Following up on customer orders and ensuring their complete satisfaction at every step.

Handling complaints and feedback with a positive spirit and resolving them as quickly as possible.

Coordinating appointments between clients and the design or sales team to ensure a smooth experience.

Communicating with potential clients and converting them into actual clients.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a "smooth tongue" in dealing with various personalities.

The ability to learn quickly and be familiar with the details of the luxury products we offer.

Proficiency in using computer programs and communication platforms.

Patience, calmness, and the ability to solve problems intelligently.

Previous experience in the luxury retail sector or customer service is preferred.
