Role Overview:
This full-time on-site position as a customer service representative involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service daily.

Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: English (B1 - C1).
  • Experience in Customer Service (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (24/7).

Job Role
We are looking for call center employees to handle all customer calls via phone only. Responsibilities include receiving bookings, entering them into the system, and guiding guests through check-in and check-out procedures — without any direct communication with guests.

Main Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
* Handle bookings: create, update, and cancel bookings in the booking system.
* Provide guests with details about room types, prices, availability, and hotel policies.
* Guide guests through the self-check-in process and send instructions as needed.
* Follow up with guests at the time of departure to ensure a smooth check-out process.
* Coordinate remotely with operations teams to update room status or special requests.
* Resolve simple issues over the phone or escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and customer data
* Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
* Knowledge of computer basics and the ability to use booking systems.
* Politeness in phone conversation and a professional demeanor.
* Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.
