As a vital member of our Housekeeping Department, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our hotel. This position involves several important responsibilities:

• Allocate work duties to Team Members
• Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or issues
• Inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects
• Manage and train Room Attendants to ensure performance standards are met
• Maintain stock control and manage equipment
• Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP services
• Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards

What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role
• A successful track record in team management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for exceptional guest service
• Proficiency with computers and software, preferably Microsoft Office
