About the role:The Customer Care Representative II plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for clients, this position manages customer inquiries and resolves service-related issues. You will work closely with our warehouse, transportation, and inventory teams to ensure timely execution of logistics operations. Additionally, the representative supports the invoicing process with the finance team to maintain accuracy and transparency in billing.
Requirements:- Diploma or higher
- Minimum 12 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management within logistics, supply chain, or F&B
- Proficient in WMS, ERP, and CRM systems
- Fluency in English
