Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Make outgoing calls as required by the business needs.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services and products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up until closure.
  • Record and update customer information in the company systems.
  • Adhere to work policies and procedures as well as quality standards.
  • Generate periodic reports for the direct supervisor.
  • Achieve performance indicators as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and communication systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the same sector is an advantage.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and handle different types of customers.

Role Overview:
The Customer Service Agent at DSV will be integral in providing outstanding customer service by ensuring operational excellence in freight operations. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in freight operations.
