A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting multiple Executive Assistants for their team in Riyadh and Jeddah. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations within the organization, and we encourage qualified individuals to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.
  • Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing and organizing line manager's meetings, trips, and conferences (invoices, booking, tickets, SAP PR/POs, etc.).
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • To comply with Saudization, our client is required to hire a Saudi National for this position.
  • At least 2 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management. Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
