In this pivotal role, you will provide high administrative support for the Office of Strategic Management & Boards Affairs executives and chief officers. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring efficient executive support by managing itineraries, correspondence, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executives’ itineraries and schedules, coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Screen and manage all incoming communication and correspondence professionally.
  • Draft and edit communications and presentations to support executives effectively.
  • Perform various clerical duties, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with standards.
  • Continuously develop expertise in line with functional requirements.

Job Requirements:
To be successful, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in administration, preferably in executive support. Key competencies include strong communication skills, a command of both Arabic and English, time management abilities, teamwork skills, and analytical report skills.
