A sales representative with experience of at least 6 months in the field sales is required, enjoying high communication skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate. He/She will be responsible for developing sales and building relationships with existing customers and attracting new customers in the assigned area. The main tasks include:

• Visiting customers periodically and professionally presenting the company’s products
• Achieving the set monthly and annual sales targets
• Preparing daily reports on visits and sales
• Following up on collecting financial dues from customers
• Studying the market and competitors and providing periodic reports on that
• Participating in trade fairs and the company’s marketing events

Having a car and a driving license is preferred.

Tech-savvy: Proficient in modern sales tools (CRM systems, social media platforms, etc.) and an understanding of POS software solutions.
Results-oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment.
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive care industry and its challenges is a plus but not required. A strong desire to learn and adapt is essential.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Problem-solving: Consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding client needs and recommending the best solutions.
