We are collaborating with a leading Pharmaceutical company in Riyadh to find a skilled HR Coordinator. This role is essential to support the smooth operation of HR functions and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Support HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Engage in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating employee onboarding.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Manage all employee-related matters efficiently.
  • Coordinate HR projects such as trainings, meetings, and surveys.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or administration, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and payroll processes.

For this position, candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews in Riyadh.
