Human Resources Manager

Your Mission
Develop and implement the HR strategy in the assigned scope that aligns with the Group HR strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).

• Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the Group HR strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).
• Contribute to the formation of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Analyze external developments and emerging issues, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
• Conduct complex analyses of HR data to identify key trends and create HR insights that enhance employee engagement and business performance.
• Draft HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee onboarding and offboarding, and talent retention, ensuring compliance with design principles, internal policies, and legal requirements.
• Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving queries and referring complex issues as needed.
• Communicate the local action plan, explaining its relation to the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, and motivate employees to achieve business goals.
• Develop and monitor procedures for the organization, ensuring effective implementation.
• Manage budgets or conduct complex budget analyses, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Develop and test HR data collection forms or questionnaires to ensure relevant data collection.
• Identify and address individual development needs within the team, planning and implementing actions to build capabilities.
• Provide training or coaching to improve performance and fulfill potential.
• Set and achieve performance objectives using the organization's performance management systems.
• Manage workstreams or small projects within transformational change programs, ensuring integration with related projects and building acceptance of change.
• Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion directives, using precise and descriptive language for tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
• Experience in dealing with various situations and advising others.
• Managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.

Preparation and development of policies, procedures, and internal regulations related to human resources. Supervision of recruitment, hiring, and job orientation processes. Developing job descriptions and organizational structures to support clarity of roles and responsibilities. Managing employee affairs, including contracts, vacations, attendance, absenteeism, and termination of services. Monitoring performance evaluation and developing mechanisms for measurement and job improvement. Supporting management and leadership in addressing challenges related to performance, discipline, and job commitment. Supervising salaries, benefits, and entitlements in coordination with relevant authorities. Ensuring compliance with the labor laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Preparing periodic reports related to human resources and submitting recommendations to senior management. Contributing to building a stable, motivating, and organized professional work environment.

We are looking for a competent human resources manager to manage all operations related to human resources and develop strategies that contribute to achieving the company's goals. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment and selection, performance management, policy and procedure development, training and development, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Extensive experience in the field of human resources is required, along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to handle various challenges in the work environment.
