Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing and updating employee files and records.
  • Support recruitment operations (sorting CVs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates).
  • Contribute to preparing correspondence and administrative forms.
  • Help monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and punctuality.
  • Perform any other tasks within the HR department's scope.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR departments is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Educational background in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
  • GBA: Preferably not less than ** or ***
  • Experience: 0 - 3 years or fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to start immediately.

Job Type and Benefits:
  • Full-time position.
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • 30 days of annual leave.
