Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and assisting in conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll support.
- Assist in developing training and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
- Generate HR reports and provide insights on workforce trends.
- Contribute to HR policy development and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR (recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration).
- Preferred Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of HR practices and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
