The purpose of the job:
Implementing and following up on daily human resources operations and procedures to ensure the efficient application of the company's policies, supporting employees and management in administrative and organizational aspects, and contributing to the development and improvement of the human resources system.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Implementing human resources policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with them.
  • Managing employee files and continuously updating data in human resources systems.
  • Participating in recruitment processes (screening resumes, communication, scheduling interviews, following up on hiring procedures).
  • Preparing and renewing employment contracts and issuing notifications related to attendance, departure, and penalties.
  • Monitoring employee attendance and vacations, maintaining attendance records, and addressing any violations.
  • Implementing performance evaluation processes in coordination with different departments and preparing the necessary reports.
  • Supporting training and development processes through coordination, registration, and follow-up.
  • Participating in payroll preparation (inputting data, absences, overtime, deductions).
  • Dealing with social insurance, the labor office, and relevant government agencies.
  • Following up on employee relations issues and addressing their complaints in cooperation with the HR manager.
  • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources and submitting them to management.
  • Participating in the development of human resources procedures and policies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in the field of human resources.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Excel) and human resources systems.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Contribute to employee performance enhancement and workplace improvement planning.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR management are required.

Skills:
Proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills at the required level.

Work Environment:
This role involves both administrative and fieldwork responsibilities. The work hours are 8 hours daily.
