Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:
Nawa Medical Company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join its team. You will have a vital role in enhancing the company's performance through managing employee affairs and maintaining their data professionally. Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Documenting contracts and following up on all related procedures.
  • Following up on employee affairs and organizing their employment files.
  • Monitoring and organizing employee leave according to the approved regulations.
  • Controlling attendance and departure and preparing related reports.
  • Supervising recruitment processes from advertising to hiring.
  • Familiarity with the approved labor systems and regulations and applying them.
  • Contributing to the preparation and development of the company's internal policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • Practical experience of at least 4 years in the field of human resources.
  • Previous experience in companies in the medical field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • Good knowledge of labor systems and regulations.
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to take responsibility and work as part of a team.
