Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain recruitment functions in line with company policies.
  • Guide new hires through a smooth onboarding process and promote the company’s reputation.
  • Ensure confidentiality regarding employee personal benefits.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees upon request.
  • Manage the organizational chart and maintain personnel records.
  • Organize internal and external training events.
  • Support office tasks necessary for HR functions.
  • Provide comprehensive HR knowledge and maintain effective communication.

Qualifications:
  • University degree (BA) in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • Strong computer skills, including HR modules and MS Office.
  • Able to work in a diverse, multi-national team.

  • Self-motivated and problem solver
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
