We are seeking a highly skilled HR Senior Operations / Senior HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and managing governmental relations effectively.

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Senior Operations / Senior HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and managing governmental relations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll, contracts, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and governmental regulations.
- Handle GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government portals and platforms.
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies regarding visas, work permits, and other employee-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of governmental procedures and Saudi labor law.
- Proficiency in HR systems and government portals (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
