At Batch Roastery, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing a comprehensive range of human resources functions, ensuring efficient operations that align with our strategic goals. This position focuses on various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, leaves, benefits, and payroll data.
  • Support payroll preparation and coordinate with accounting for accuracy.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies compliant with labor regulations.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in developing training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Provide HR reports and insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or personnel management (2–4 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (*, Odoo HR, payroll software) is a plus.
