We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Professional Advanced IT Solutions. As a key player, you will help us manage HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, primarily targeting Saudi nationals to align with **Saudization** initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified Saudi nationals.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law in all HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee relations, manage grievances, and conduct disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation packages efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National with a valid ID.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of the local recruitment market and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
