الهدف من الوظيفة: دعم وتنفيذ العمليات اليومية للموارد البشرية بما يضمن تنظيم شؤون الموظفين والالتزام بالأنظمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • تنفيذ إجراءات التوظيف والتنسيق للمقابلات.
  • إدارة وتحديث بيانات وملفات الموظفين.
  • متابعة الحضور والانصراف والإجازات.
  • دعم إعداد الرواتب والتقارير.
  • متابعة العقود وتجديدها في الوقت المحدد.
  • المساعدة في تهيئة الموظفين الجدد (Onboarding).
  • إعداد الخطابات الإدارية.
  • متابعة الإقامات ورخص العمل عند الحاجة.
  • الرد على استفسارات الموظفين.
  • الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وتنفيذ المهام المكلفة.

المؤهلات: بكالوريوس موارد بشرية أو تخصص ذي صلة (حديث تخرج).

المهارات: إجادة استخدام المايكروسفت.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
