Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Specialist to enhance our HR functions and contribute to employee satisfaction. This role encompasses recruitment, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes and facilitate interviews.
  • Enhance employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Organize performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in recruitment strategy development and analyze HR data.
  • Oversee GRO activities and office management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Experience in GRO activities and office management.
