Emdad Al-Khibrat Company is looking for a trainee in Human Resources as part of the Tamheer program for a duration of 6 months. This opportunity is dedicated to graduates with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration within the last two years.

Description:
The program offers practical experience in the field of Human Resources including tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and work procedures. The trainee will help gain valuable skills that enhance future job opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to recruitment procedures including preparing advertisements, sorting CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting the onboarding processes for new employees and preparing introductory materials.
  • Updating employee records and databases.
  • Contributing to organizing employee activities and programs.
  • Providing support in HR projects and administrative reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (recent graduate).
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and Saudi labor laws.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills in both Arabic and English.
  • The applicant must not currently be employed.
