We are seeking a dedicated专业人才to join our leadership team in a professional work environment that strives for excellence and leadership in all its fields.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes and manage employee files.
  • Monitor employment contracts, renew them, and ensure compliance with approved labor regulations.
  • Manage attendance and punctuality, and prepare monthly reports related to employees.
  • Implement professional training and development programs and follow up on annual performance evaluations.
  • Supervise internal policies and ensure their application in accordance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Contribute to improving the work environment and enhancing the company's internal culture.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and government HR platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Muqeem).
  • High communication and organizational skills with the ability to work within a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Workplace: Saudi Arabia
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: To be determined after the interview based on qualifications and experience.
