An exciting opportunity is available for Legal Counsel at Tasnee Group.
In this vital role, you will report to the Litigation and Commercial Manager in Riyadh and be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, modifying, and negotiating contracts, claims, and other contractual terms.
  • Allocating contractual risks with mitigation suggestions for management approval.
  • Negotiating product and service contracts, settlement agreements, and master agreements.
  • Identifying and resolving complex problems related to contract language and procedures.
  • Monitoring outsourced legal work to ensure compliance with Tasnee Group standards.
  • Representing Tasnee Group in arbitrations and mediations.
  • Handling corporate matters as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- ** or equivalent degree from an accredited law school (LLM or JD is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in legal drafting and contract negotiation.
- Experience in diverse environments.

Skills:
- Attention to detail with analytical skills for contract evaluation.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Arabic and English communication.
- Knowledgeable about court proceedings and arbitration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
