Join us as an Operations Manager at a distinguished women's club!
We are looking for a leadership-oriented individual to supervise all operational processes of the club and ensure efficient and high-quality workflow to guarantee member satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising daily operations within the club (reception, cleanliness, maintenance, activities, security).
  • Ensuring the readiness of facilities and sports equipment on a daily basis.
  • Coordinating with other departments (human resources, finance, marketing, maintenance).
  • Receiving member feedback and working to resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Monitoring the application of quality and safety standards within the club.
  • Preparing periodic operational reports and submitting them to upper management.
  • Contributing to improving member experience and suggesting operational developments.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience of at least 3 years in maintenance or facility supervision.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance systems.
