As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and executing project plans while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Following up on the annual executive plan and its quarterly outputs.
  • Preparing and implementing detailed project plans and budgets.
  • Participating in project proposal evaluations.
  • Preparing necessary documentation for project agreements and monitoring plans.
  • Supervising project implementation and ensuring adherence to budgets.
  • Generating periodic work progress and financial reports.
  • Maintaining data in the ERP system accurately.
  • Collaborating with the Programs and Projects team for developing proposals for new projects.
  • Conducting field visits to assess project implementations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of project coordination experience in utility services.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles.
- Excellent report writing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and challenging conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- PMP certification is required; FMD is preferred.
- Willingness to travel 100%.

Role Summary:

  • Reporting & Monitoring:
    Track project performance using project management tools and provide updates to supervisors. Support the preparation of regular summary reports highlighting progress and challenges. Help identify risks or issues and escalate as needed to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Governance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 69 years of experience in project coordination, management consulting, or a similar support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with project management tools (*, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
