At Karage كراج, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is essential for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and supporting our procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service and quality.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers for the best prices, terms, and services while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Oversee the procurement budget and monitor spending patterns for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assess risks in procurement activities and implement strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Represent the procurement team in the absence of the Procurement Manager.
  • Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities and present findings to senior management.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in procurement with knowledge of purchasing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective negotiation skills to obtain optimal pricing and service quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Competent in data analysis for informed procurement decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage efficient procurement processes.
