Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Negotiating with suppliers and verifying purchase requisitions and orders.
  • Advising departments on purchasing procedures and maintaining updated inventory information.
  • Coordinating and arranging site visits with contractors and end-users to obtain quotations.
  • Identifying reliable suppliers for food and beverage purchasing and attending food tastings for vendor selections.
  • Preparing contracts and exploring opportunities for green procurement.
  • Submitting monthly cost-saving reports to the Director of Finance.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration or a related field with a minimum of 1-year experience in procurement or purchasing.
