A medical center in the city of Riyadh is looking for a receptionist and appointment coordinator.


Six days a week (for one period except for one day a week two periods) in most days of the year, and the periods may change according to the seasons.


There is an annual bonus for the distinguished employee and paid leave for thirty days a year.


Selection Criteria:

  • Saudi nationality
  • Has previous experience (preferably in a medical facility)
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills with clients.
  • Possesses computer skills.
  • Good behavior and working spirit and cooperation with colleagues is the basis for selection.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
