Location: Riyadh (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time | 8 hours/day

Fay, a vibrant contracting and events company, is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh. If you love being the first smile people see and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently
  • Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-organized
  • Manage appointments and provide basic administrative support
  • Assist with event logistics and internal coordination when needed

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Basic proficiency in office software (emails, calendar tools, etc.)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
