We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our Patient Service desk in a medical clinic environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and friendly operation of patient services, scheduling, and reception tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service: Manage scheduling, admission and billing processes for patients.
  • Waiting Room Assistance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the waiting area, provide patient support, and manage necessary supplies.
  • General Responsibilities: Implement good patient care practices, manage communications, and promote a positive team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong focus on patient care and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Well-groomed appearance and the ability to multitask effectively.
