Job Description for Recruitment Specialist

  • Sourcing and Talent Attraction:
    Implement innovative and proactive strategies to source potential candidates through digital platforms, social media, databases, and by building strong relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
    Evaluate resumes and candidate profiles to identify suitable talents swiftly and accurately.

  • Conducting Interviews:
    Execute professional and effective interviews to assess technical and soft skills, collaborating with department managers to arrange final interviews, ensuring the selection of top candidates.

  • Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain strong networks with educational institutions, industry partners, and candidates, enhancing the company's employer brand and improving attraction efforts.

  • Understanding Business Needs:
    Work closely with department managers to understand precise job requirements, continuously updating and refining job descriptions to align with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Offers and Negotiations:
    Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms with candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction, and expedite onboarding processes.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Manage accurate records of recruitment activities and analyze recruitment data to create periodic reports that inform continuous improvement strategies.

  • Has experience in conducting interviews (phone and in-person).

  • Handled recruitment processes from advertisement to hiring.

Knowledge of recruitment platforms

  • Familiarity with using platforms such as:

    • LinkedIn Recruiter

    • Naukrigulf / ***** / Indeed

    • “Taqat” or “Jadara” platform (in Saudi Arabia)

    • X (Twitter) and Telegram and Snapchat for rapid local recruitment

Writing and preparing job advertisements

  • Knows how to write an attractive and clear job advertisement.

  • Can accurately define requirements and tasks for each job.

Screening and analysis skills

  • Ability to screen resumes quickly and effectively.

  • Knows how to link the resume with the required skills for the job.

Handling candidates and coordination

  • High skill in communicating with candidates and arranging appointments.

  • Has the ability to build a professional relationship with candidates.

    • Experience in group interviews or training camps.
