Responsible for managing and operating all aspects of the daily work of the restaurant, including supervising operational processes, monitoring financial aspects, and managing marketing and sales activities. The role begins with the supply of raw materials, through the preparation of products and ensuring their quality, up to improving the customer experience and enhancing sales performance, achieving the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and sustainability in work. The tasks and responsibilities: Full supervision of daily operational processes within the restaurant. Managing the supply chain (ordering materials, receiving, storage) and ensuring their continuous availability. Monitoring product preparation and ensuring compliance with quality standards and approved recipes. Coordinating with the sales and marketing team to support campaigns and increase sales. Managing and organizing the team (scheduling, guidance, performance evaluation). Ensuring cleanliness of the place and compliance with health requirements and regulations. Monitoring costs, reducing waste, and improving operational efficiency. Following up on customer experience and addressing feedback promptly.
