Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure FOH and BOH staff are fully briefed and trained on daily requirements.
  • Facilitate the pre-opening phase, maintaining readiness across staffing, training, and menu development.
  • Maintain effective communication between the restaurant and kitchen.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets and control expenses to achieve profitable operations.
