As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for each guest. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Ensure consistency in service quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where needed.
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu quality and smooth kitchen coordination.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through cost control and upselling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Prepare schedules, manage payroll, and oversee inventory and purchasing needs.
- Foster a positive team environment and support staff development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management, ideally in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
- Good understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and service standards.
- Experience with POS and restaurant management systems.
