Our restaurant, specializing in Italian and American cuisine, announces its need for a professional restaurant manager with experience in restaurant management and team leadership, to join our team and ensure the highest levels of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Full supervision of daily operations within the restaurant.

  • Monitoring food quality and service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Managing and training the team and distributing tasks.

  • Monitoring inventory, orders, and coordinating with suppliers.

  • Preparing schedules, daily reports, and solving operational issues.

  • Ensuring compliance with cleanliness, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience of no less than 3 years in restaurant management (preferably Italian or American).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and make appropriate decisions.

  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and restaurant management.

  • Neat appearance and professional behavior.

Requirements
