Join REXA, Inc. as a Sales Engineer - KSA!

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to manage sales and service activities across our territory, ensuring that revenue goals are met. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to REXA’s objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and guide representatives within the assigned territory.
  • Generate forecasts and meet annual bookings quotas for each sales rep.
  • Assess market opportunities and strategize sales targets.
  • Balance short-term and long-term sales efforts for market growth.
  • Create timely reports and manage company-related expenses.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to customers.
  • Provide training on products and applications for customers and new employees.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure equipment health checks.
  • Work closely with key accounts to establish and maintain relationships.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Five years of outside sales experience in engineered process controls.
  • Background in valve, actuator, flow controls, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Experience managing sales territories and working with major accounts.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Working Conditions:
  • 60% travel required.
  • Must be able to lift a 50 lb. demo case.

  • 3-7 years of experience in construction, safety systems, or technical B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of construction environments and HSE requirements.
  • Preferred experience with fall protection or structural safety systems.
  • Able to read technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
