Join Careem as a Sales Manager - Logistics
At Careem, we are building the Everything App for the greater Middle East to simplify the lives of people. We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our Careem Express team, a startup within a startup focused on fulfillment and last mile delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for business development, acquiring new accounts, and enhancing relationships with stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to generate leads and convert prospects.
  • Achieve monthly GMV targets by onboarding new merchants.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure pitched pricing aligns with costs.
  • Handle negotiations with clients and manage stakeholder relationships.

What You Need:
  • 35 years of experience in sales or commercial management in the food or ecommerce industries.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and business development.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

About the Role:
A leading regional FMCG business is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to take full ownership of one of its largest strategic accounts. The role is based in Riyadh and focuses entirely on managing and developing relationships with globally recognized foodservice clients across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully own and manage the commercial relationship with major regional foodservice accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, representing the company in all commercial and operational matters.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to elevate the partnership across key foodservice markets.
