The Role of Sales Manager

Falakcart is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager will oversee lead generation, as well as inbound and outbound sales functions, ensuring consistent pipeline development and the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Build, manage, and scale lead generation, inbound, and outbound sales teams.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report directly to the CEO.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align market strategy.
  • Ensure strong customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a sales or business development capacity.
