Job Title: Sales and Registration Representative (Swimming and Diving Courses)

Contract Type: Temporary / Seasonal Department: Sales and Customer Service

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, courteous person with high persuasion skills to join our team on a temporary contract. You will be the primary person responsible for responding to inquiries from customers interested in learning swimming and diving, explaining the available programs to them, completing registration and payment processes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the very first moment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Reception and Inquiry Response: Dealing with customers via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person at the center, explaining course details (levels, duration, prices).

  2. Completing Sales: Convincing customers to register for the packages suitable for them and their children, and following up with potential customers (Leads) to convert them into subscribers.

  3. Schedule Coordination: Coordinating between the client's wishes and the available times for trainers (using the booking/CRM system to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts).

  4. Payment Management: Issuing invoices and collecting fees (cash or card) and ensuring the signing of liability waivers and terms.

  5. Follow-up: Communicating with subscribers to remind them of start dates or in case of changes in the schedule.

  6. Upselling: Suggesting additional products (swimming gear, goggles) or advanced courses to current customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in sports clubs or recreational centers).

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using computers and office software (knowledge of using CRM systems like Zoho is an additional advantage).

  • Personal Skills: Politeness in conversation, decent appearance, and the ability to be patient and deal with various personalities.

  • Language: Proficiency in the Arabic language (speaking and writing), and English language proficiency is considered an advantage.

  • Interests: Preferably someone with a background or interest in swimming or diving sports to be more persuasive.

Expect to travel at least four days a week to meet customers across Saudi Arabia, with one day at the 3M office or from home. This is a full-time remote position with a compensation package that includes 70% monthly base pay and 30% quarterly variable pay based on sales results. 3M provides an excellent allowance and benefits package.
