Job Objective:
To execute telephone sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication with potential and current customers, providing suitable solutions to their needs.

Job Objective:
To execute telephone sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication with potential and current customers, providing suitable solutions to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Make daily calls to potential and current customers to present products and services.
- Use specific conversation scenarios and effective sales procedures to achieve desired results.
- Apply cross-selling and up-selling skills as directed by management.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Document all interactions and sales processes in the CRM system (Bevatel).
- Follow up with interested customers and convert them into successful sales.
- Adhere to call and follow-up schedules and ensure effective time management.
- Support retargeting campaigns within daily tasks.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Contribute to delivering a distinguished customer experience that maintains customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular meetings to share experiences and improve performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (additional merit but not a requirement).
- Experience of no less than one to three years in telephone sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a high ability to persuade.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve goals within specified deadlines.
- Proficient in using digital sales tools and CRM systems.
- High organization and task management skills.
