Job Description – Perfume Sales Specialist

The perfume sales specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service within the showroom or store by assisting customers in selecting the appropriate perfumes according to their needs and tastes, working to achieve sales goals, and enhancing the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers professionally.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations.
  • Explaining the components of perfumes, their types, and how to use them.
  • Achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the perfume section and displaying products attractively.
  • Monitoring product availability and informing management of shortages.
  • Building good relationships with customers and enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying updated on the latest perfumes and promotional offers.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in sales or perfumes is an additional advantage.
  • Good appearance and etiquette in dealing with others.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle work pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of types of perfumes and fragrance notes.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer service systems.

Work Environment:
Work is often within perfume showrooms or luxury stores,
