Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities for Serva's SaaS products.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Conduct tailored product demos to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
• Gather customer feedback for product team insights.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience is a strong plus).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to articulate technical products simply.
• Experience selling to enterprises or fleet-related businesses is advantageous.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic startup environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fleet management, mobility, logistics, or fintech SaaS.
• Existing network within Saudi businesses or fleet operators.

To Succeed in This Role:
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the KSA market. Key skills include:
