Job Responsibilities:
As a Design Review Committee Secretary, you will lead and support a near-weekly design governance process for SD architecture and engineering projects. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and managing Design Review Committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Preparing professional presentations to articulate design concepts for executive-level review.
  • Reviewing submission packages to ensure completeness for presentation readiness.
  • Tracking actions, sign-offs, and follow-ups, enforcing accountability against deadlines.
  • Acting as the main liaison among project teams, design managers, and executive leadership.
  • Maintaining version control of decisions, feedback, and design revisions.
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks to the review schedule and workflow.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of governance practices.

Required Skills:
You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in related roles, you bring:
  • Thorough understanding of architectural and engineering design lifecycles and document workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior executives and deliver outcomes amid challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
