Supervising the daily operations of the store to ensure compliance with the operational plan. Organizing customer queues and maintaining order within the store. Working as a cashier during peak times as needed. Guiding customers to use the ticket system instead of waiting randomly in line. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing assistance and necessary answers to their inquiries. Coordinating with the internal team to ensure fast and efficient service. Monitoring employee performance inside the store and providing necessary guidance to improve work quality. Submitting daily or weekly reports to management on workflow and any challenges facing the store.

• 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, LMS, or enterprise technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Saudi corporate and government market is a strong advantage.
• Passion for AI, digital learning, and innovation.
