About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in providing a warm and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responding promptly to reservation enquiries through various platforms.
  • Identifying guest preferences to recommend appropriate room types and packages.
  • Accurately entering and managing guest information in our system.
  • Explaining hotel features, policies, and promotional offers clearly.
  • Processing reservation modifications and cancellations according to hotel policies.
  • Utilizing effective upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supporting revenue management strategies and promoting direct bookings.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A high school diploma; a degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations or guest services, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems, including Opera Cloud.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
