Join Yanbu Specialized Chemicals Factory as an Administrative Manager!In this role, you will be responsible for overall supervision of management activities and planning and organizing administrative work in accordance with the approved operational plans. We will rely on you to ensure the availability of all necessary technical and human resources to ensure the daily operations run with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:- Participate in developing the main objectives for administrative affairs.
- Supervise the development and implementation of plans, programs, and projects.
- Ensure the presence of accurate metrics to assess the level of achievement of objectives.
- Supervise the fulfillment of the needs of other organizational units for administrative services.
- Follow up on the implementation of the systems and administrative instructions issued by top management.
- Prepare and present summaries and reports to top management.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics or Business Administration.
