We seek a highly skilled Safety Manager to support our Naval and Maritime programme operations in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Your role will be vital in creating a safe operational environment for our teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Safety and Environment Management System (SEMS).
- Act as the main point of contact for all safety management stakeholders.
- Oversee the Safety and Environmental Management Plan.
- Manage safety risks and quality issues within projects.
- Ensure thorough investigation of all accidents and incidents.
- Conduct formal hazard risk assessments and maintain the Hazard Log.
- Lead Hazard Management Meetings and support Safety Action Groups.
Qualifications:- Educated to Honours degree level or equivalent.
- Experience in developing Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
- Practical experience in naval operations or ship maintenance.
- Knowledge of hazard management and risk assessment processes.
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency (IELTS or equivalent for non-native speakers).
