Your responsibilities will revolve around providing top-notch service to our clients while ensuring quality control at all stages of the maintenance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely execution.
• Inspect devices (cooling, air conditioning, electronics) prior to acceptance from clients to confirm their technical status.
• Engage clients at the service center and maintain a professional rapport.
• Accurately record device data and maintenance statuses in the system.
