This role is based on-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
About The PositionAs an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will provide direct day-to-day support to the customer and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administration of office works.
- Supporting the regional sales manager by providing necessary information and communication between customers and site.
- Planning, replenishment, and controlling of the stocks, handling documentation between mill, customs agencies, and customers.
- Following up on order status and updating customers.
- Arranging logistics operations from site to customers.
- Month-end reporting including achievement reports and cost analysis.
About YouThe ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales (inside or outside).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
