Inventory Controller to manage our stock levels and ensure seamless warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular physical and cycle counts of inventory.
- Reconcile system inventory with physical stock and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements including inbound, outbound, returns, and damages.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for optimal stock handling.
- Track slow and fast-moving items, generating reports for management.
- Monitor reorder levels and communicate replenishment needs to procurement.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports regularly.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and support audits with necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure stock availability.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
